  1. However it was a long time ago since I’ve been to Orlando my memories are just as vivid as it was before. Orlando is home to a bunch of theme parks and is excellent for family vacations. I visited Disney World Magic Kingdom and The Universal Studios and if you’re there don’t be lazy to drive down to Tampa (1 1/2 hours drive) to try one of the best rollercoasters of the world. Disney World/Universal Studios in Orlando aren’t just for kids. I had fun all day, tried some thrilling rides, interactive shows and the fireworks at the end was magical. The downside of this program that it is very pricey (if I remember well a day ticket is about $100 per person) but for me it was absolutely worth it. Unfortunately I cannot remember where I stayed at but there are many accommodations to chose from.

  2. I’ve both lived in Orlando and visited it, and find that there is so much to do in the city that it’s impossible to be bored. Staying near the parks is a definitely advantage, as its quite a bit of a drive from downtown Orlando to the parks, especially with traffic. My favorite park is Universal Studios, and I’ve stayed at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort because its affordable and the kids have a blast at the pools. You’re only a short drive from International Drive, so its a perfect location. The kids (and myself included!) love riding the go-karts at Fun Spot America nearby. The Coca-Cola Eye is newly built, so I’ll definiltey be adding it to our to list for our next trip because I think the kids would enjoy it! Just a tip – always bring your sunscreen! Even on cloudy days the kids might get burnt.
